To help Hyatt Gold Passport members fully understand the Hyatt Gold Passport program's special services, benefits and awards, the following Terms and Conditions have been prepared as a reference. Unless specifically stated otherwise, these Terms and Conditions will apply to all Hyatt Gold Passport members regardless of type or level of membership.

These provisions will govern participation in the program and it is the member's responsibility to read and understand all of them. Hyatt Gold Passport may change the program rules, conditions, benefits, or awards pertaining to the program at any time without notice.

Hyatt Gold Passport points, partner awards, mileage and associated travel benefits may be subject to taxes; any required disclosure and tax liability is each member's sole responsibility. Membership in the Hyatt Gold Passport program, the awarding of Hyatt Gold Passport points and redemption of Hyatt Gold Passport points are void where prohibited by law, and are subject to applicable government regulations. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.

These Terms and Conditions may only be modified in writing by an officer of Hyatt. Other than as set forth in the previous sentence, no employee, agent or other representative of Hyatt or Hyatt Gold Passport has the right or authority to modify any of these Terms and Conditions. All interpretations of these Terms and Conditions shall be at the sole discretion of Hyatt Gold Passport.


General Terms and Conditions

1. Hyatt Gold Passport may, among other things: change earning ability, withdraw, limit, modify or cancel any award, cancel or change partner awards, increase the Hyatt Gold Passport point requirement to redeem any award, change hotel award categories, modify or regulate the transferability of Hyatt Gold Passport points or benefits, add hotel award blackout dates or limit the number of rooms available for award redemption at any or all destinations.

2. Hyatt Gold Passport is not responsible for partner withdrawals from the program, changes in partner service or for Hyatt Gold Passport point cancellations caused by withdrawals.

3. The Hyatt Gold Passport program may continue until such time as Hyatt Gold Passport at its sole discretion elects to designate a program termination date. Hyatt Gold Passport has the right to end the Hyatt Gold Passport program by providing written notice to then Active Members six (6) months in advance. In addition, starting January 1, 2014, Hyatt Gold Passport accounts that accrue 24 consecutive months of inactivity will be closed and all Hyatt Gold passport points in that account will be forfeited at that time. Active members can remain active in the program by i) receiving Hyatt Gold Passport points via authorized means, ii) receiving credits with a Travel Partner or M life Tier Credits for a stay at a Hyatt hotel, iii) redeeming Hyatt Gold Passport points, iv) transferring a Free Night Award, v) converting Hyatt Gold Passport points to miles in a Travel Partner program, vi) purchasing or combining Hyatt Gold Passport points, vii) having a valid Hyatt Credit Card in the member’s name.

4. Hyatt Gold Passport may, without notice, discontinue Hyatt Gold Passport membership if a member fails to promptly pay hotel bills or appears to be utilizing the program in a manner inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions or the intent of the program, including, but not limited to, Hyatt Gold Passport point redemption and certificate use.

5. Hyatt Gold Passport may discontinue membership for any member who acts in an abusive manner or in a manner inconsistent with local, state or federal laws.

6. Discontinued membership will result in the loss of all accumulated Hyatt Gold Passport points and the Hyatt Gold Passport account will be closed.

7. The sale or barter of Hyatt Gold Passport points, hotel or partner awards or benefits other than by Hyatt Gold Passport is prohibited. Hyatt Gold Passport points, hotel or partner awards or benefits that have been transferred, sold or assigned for such purposes may be confiscated or canceled.

8. In the event that a hotel or resort ceases to operate as a Park Hyatt, Andaz, Grand Hyatt, Hyatt Regency, Hyatt, Hyatt Place, Hyatt House, Hyatt Zilara, Hyatt Ziva, Hyatt Residence Club , or any other hotel brand owned, managed, operated, franchised or leased by Hyatt Corporation or its subsidiaries or affiliates, Hyatt Gold Passport points will not be awarded for stays at that property, nor will Hyatt Gold Passport points be available for redemption after the termination date at such property, even if the reservation was made prior to the termination date.

9. Accrued points do not constitute property of the Member. Hyatt Gold Passport points are for member's benefit only and are not transferable to another person for any reason including divorce or inheritance. In the case of documented death of a Hyatt Gold Passport member, Hyatt Gold Passport points are transferable to a person sharing the same residential mailing address.

10. Members must be at least 18 years of age and the age of majority in their state or province of residence. Individuals are only eligible to have one Hyatt Gold Passport membership. Memberships cannot be shared or combined by more than one person. Corporations, associations, or groups cannot enroll in Hyatt Gold Passport except in accordance with the Hyatt Gold Passport Planner Rewards program. Individuals working in Hyatt's corporate and divisional offices as well as individuals working at any Hyatt hotel or resort (collectively "Associates") may only participate in Hyatt Gold Passport while they are holders of a validly issued Hyatt Credit Card, the co-branded credit card issued by Chase that is available to U.S. residents only. Participation in Hyatt Gold Passport by Associates is governed by these terms as well as a separate set of terms available on HyattConnect or through your human resources director. Associates are otherwise not eligible to participate in Hyatt Gold Passport.

Earning Hyatt Gold Passport Points as a Registered Guest

1. Upon check-in at a Hyatt hotel or resort, a Hyatt Gold Passport member may choose one of the following: (a) Hyatt Gold Passport points, (b) airline miles in one of the participating airline programs, (c) Amtrak Guest Rewards points or (d) M life tier Credits. The details regarding airline miles, Amtrak Guest Rewards points or M life Tier Credits are discussed later in these Terms and Conditions.

2. To receive Hyatt Gold Passport points in connection with a hotel stay, member must be a registered guest staying at Park Hyatt, Andaz, Grand Hyatt, Hyatt Regency, Hyatt, Hyatt Place, Hyatt House, Hyatt Zilara, Hyatt Ziva, Hyatt Residence Club or any other hotel brand owned, managed, operated, franchised or leased by Hyatt Corporation or its subsidiaries or affiliates at the time eligible charges are incurred, unless otherwise specifically stated as part of a promotion or special offer and pay an Eligible Rate. Charges for stays prior to member's enrollment in Hyatt Gold Passport will not be eligible for retroactive credit.

3. In order for a Hyatt Gold Passport member to receive Hyatt Gold Passport points, the bill for charges must be in that member's name and member must personally pay for all charges. A member's membership number cannot be used by anyone else in order to accrue Hyatt Gold Passport points, benefits, promotion credits or upgraded membership status. A Hyatt Gold Passport member will only receive points for all qualifying charges after the member completes his/her stay and is checked out of the hotel. If you are not properly credited for your stay, you may claim an adjustment within 1 year of the checkout date by completing a past stay credit request on goldpassport.com or contacting a Worldwide Reservation Center.

4. If a member chooses to receive Hyatt Gold Passport points for his/her stay, such member will earn five Hyatt Gold Passport points for each whole U.S. dollar or U.S. dollar equivalent spent by the member on Eligible Rates. An "Eligible Rate" shall be defined as any hotel published room rate, including, but not limited to rates found on hyatt.com, the Hyatt Daily Rate, Volume Account Rates, AAA and Senior Citizen rates and Points + Cash awards. A portion of an Eligible Rate may reflect taxes, service charges, gratuities, and third-party charges for certain included items, and those costs may not be eligible for Hyatt Gold Passport points. "Ineligible Rates" are discounted rates, including, but not limited to, any free night stays, Third Party Internet Rates (examples include priceline.com, hotels.com, Expedia, and Travelocity), traditional wholesale rates (examples include GOGO Worldwide Vacations, Pleasant Holidays, etc.), airline crew rates, airline employee rates, travel agency employee rates, Club at the Hyatt discount certificate stays, Hyatt employee or employee family discount rates, airline interrupted-trip vouchers or contracted rooms (a contracted room is a room that has been reserved pursuant to a written and executed agreement between a hotel and a corporation, government agency or individual for a negotiated room rate in exchange for an agreed upon number of rooms to be rented for an extended period of time). Hyatt Gold Passport points awarded for stays at a Hyatt hotel or resort outside the U.S. are based on local currency converted to U.S. dollars.

5. Hyatt Gold Passport members may receive Hyatt Gold Passport points on Eligible Incidental Charges, even when paying Ineligible Rates. Five Hyatt Gold Passport points will be awarded for each whole U.S. dollar or U.S. dollar equivalent, paid by a member for Eligible Incidental Charges that are charged to the member's room. "Eligible Incidental Charges" vary on a hotel-by-hotel basis, but generally include food, beverage and lounge expenditures (except at outlets not operated by the hotel) and other charges such as laundry, dry cleaning and telephone. Hyatt Gold Passport points will not be awarded on alcoholic beverage purchases in certain jurisdictions. Hyatt Gold Passport points are not awarded for retail outlet charges, service charges, taxes, casino charges, incentive travel awards, gratuities, pay-per-view in-room movies, gift certificates/gift cards, or vouchers, unless specified in a specific promotion or for services provided by outside vendors. Hyatt Gold Passport points will not be awarded for taxes or function room charges charged to member's room. When staying at a Hyatt Residence Club resort, Hyatt Gold Passport points will be awarded for Eligible Incidentals incurred at a nearby Hyatt location when charged back to guest folio.

6. Except as specifically permitted under these Terms and Conditions, Hyatt Gold Passport members may not earn any Hyatt Gold Passport points on Ineligible Stays. An "Ineligible Stay" includes villa rentals.

7. Hyatt Gold Passport members may receive Hyatt Gold Passport points for up to three rooms (member's room and two additional rooms). Member must be a registered guest, occupy at least one of the rooms and pay for all three. Only the room occupied by the member will count toward tier status, current Hyatt Gold Passport promotions and receive program benefits and services. The occupant of the second or third room may not receive Hyatt Gold Passport points, airline miles or Amtrak Guest Rewards points, either at time of stay or retroactively.

8. When attending a meeting or convention, all charges made by members that are placed on a group master account (to be paid by a, convention, association or group) will not be eligible for Hyatt Gold Passport points. Only individual Eligible Incidental Charges which the member personally pays or which are directly billed back to member’s company or organization for payment (and are not settled to a Master Account) are eligible for Hyatt Gold Passport points. Direct billing may not be available in some locations. When sharing accommodations with other Hyatt Gold Passport members, each member will earn Hyatt Gold Passport points on the eligible portion of the bill for which they personally pay.

Earning Hyatt Gold Passport Points as a Non-Registered Guest

1. Hyatt Gold Passport members may earn Hyatt Gold Passport points for Eligible Non-Stay Charges (defined below) at participating outlets at Hyatt-branded hotels even when such charges are not affiliated with a stay at such hotel. Outlet participation is limited and this benefit may not be available at all hotels. Please ask outlet associates for participation eligibility.

2. In order for a Hyatt Gold Passport member to receive Hyatt Gold Passport points as a Non-Registered Guest, the member must provide valid identification and membership number, personally pay for all Eligible Non-Stay Charges (defined below) using an Eligible Method of Payment (defined below). A maximum of one member may earn points for dining or spa charges, regardless of the number of members present at the time charges are incurred. A member's membership number cannot be used by anyone else in order to accrue Hyatt Gold Passport points.

3. Five Hyatt Gold Passport points will be awarded for each whole U.S. dollar or U.S. dollar equivalent, paid by a member for Eligible Non-Stay Charges. "Eligible Non-Stay Charges" vary on a hotel-by-hotel basis, but generally include spa and salon services, spa and salon retail items, one (1) day spa membership and food and beverage expenditures (except at outlets not operated by the hotel). Hyatt Gold Passport points will not be awarded on alcoholic beverage purchases in certain jurisdictions. “Ineligible Non-Stay Charges” may include but are not limited to monthly or annual spa memberships, service charges, taxes and gratuities. Member must use an Eligible Method of Payment to settle Eligible Non-Stay Charges. “Eligible Methods of Payment” include cash, check, or major credit cards or debit/bank cards. "Ineligible Methods of Payment" may include but are not limited to hotel House Accounts, charges settled by a company or organization, Hyatt Gold Passport dining and spa awards, room charges, Hyatt-branded gift cards, Hyatt gift cheques, or hotel-specific gift card/certificates.

4. Points awarded for Eligible Non-Stay Charges will not count towards earning Hyatt Gold Passport tier status, such as Platinum and Diamond. Outlet visits will not count as stays or nights towards earning Hyatt Gold Passport tier status.

5. In the event a member does not provide their Hyatt Gold Passport membership number at the time Eligible Non-Stay Charges are incurred, the member must contact the hotel’s outlet directly to request retroactive point issuance. Retroactive point issuance credit timeframes vary hotel-by-hotel. Retroactive credit for which a receipt can be provided will only be awarded on Eligible Non-Stay Charges by the shorter of: 1 year from outlet visit, or the date on which the outlet began participation in the benefit (varies hotel-by-hotel). Eligible Non-Stay Charges prior to a member's enrollment in Hyatt Gold Passport will not be eligible for retroactive credit.

6. Hyatt Gold Passport members may not earn Hyatt Gold Passport points for charges incurred at M life resorts if they are not a registered guest.

Earning Hyatt Gold Passport Bonus Points for Meetings and Events

1. Participation in Hyatt Gold Passport Planner Rewards is subject to the complete Terms and Conditions available at http://www.hyatt.com/gp/en/earning/planner-rewards/terms-conditions.jsp.

2. Hyatt Gold Passport Planner Rewards program is valid for meetings in conjunction with qualified meetings/groups of 10 or more paid guest rooms or with qualifying catered/banqueting events and held at participating Hyatt hotels worldwide. Hyatt Gold Passport Planner Rewards is not valid for government meetings or groups at participating Hyatt hotels within the U.S., Canada and Caribbean.

3. Meeting planner must be a member of Hyatt Gold Passport to participate in Hyatt Gold Passport Planner Rewards. To enroll in Hyatt Gold Passport and view complete Hyatt Gold Passport Terms and Conditions visit http://www.hyatt.com/gp/en/benefits/join.jsp.

4. To receive benefits of Hyatt Gold Passport Planner Rewards, planners must indicate that they wish to participate in Hyatt Gold Passport Planner Rewards prior to signing the Sales or Catering/Banqueting Contract. Bonuses will not be retroactively credited for previously booked and held meetings or catering/banqueting events.

5. The Hyatt Gold Passport Planner Rewards program is available at participating Hyatt hotels worldwide. Membership in the Hyatt Gold Passport program, the redemption of awards, earning Hyatt Gold Passport tier credit and participation in Hyatt Gold Passport Planner Rewards are void where prohibited by law and subject to any applicable government regulations.

6. Planner does not need to attend the meeting or catered/banqueted event to take advantage of the Hyatt Gold Passport Planner Rewards program. However, to be eligible for bonus or tier credit in Hyatt Gold Passport Planner Rewards, planner must be employed or contracted by the sponsoring company or organization at the time that the meeting or catered/banqueted event is actually held.

7. Planner will earn one Hyatt Gold Passport bonus point for every eligible U.S. dollar actualized in conjunction with group/meeting guest rooms, catering/banqueting charges associated with an eligible meeting or catered/banqueted event.

8. To receive bonus points for guest rooms, a minimum of 10 paid rooms must be occupied on any given night for the planner to receive bonus points for that night. If the number of guest rooms falls below 10 paid rooms for any given night during the meeting, the planner will not receive bonus points for that night.

9. Planner will receive bonus points for eligible catering/banqueting charges incurred in conjunction with the Hyatt Gold Passport Planner Rewards program, exclusive of any taxes, gratuities, service charges and outside vendor/supplier charges.

10. Planner may earn up to 50,000 Hyatt Gold Passport bonus points for each qualifying meeting, including applicable meeting and/or catering/banqueting event, or for each separately booked catering/banqueting event at participating locations. Hyatt Gold Passport bonus points will be awarded for room revenue exclusive of room tax and incidental changes. At Hyatt hotels and resorts in Asia, personal non-meeting related catering/banqueting events would not be eligible for Hyatt Gold Passport Planner Rewards. Two or more meetings or catering/banqueting events held by the same organization over the same date(s) at the same hotel will be considered one meeting or catering/banqueting event subject to the maximum point bonus for one meeting or catering/banqueting event.

11. Bonus points will be credited to the planner after the meeting and/or catered/banqueting event has been held and paid for in accordance with the Sales or Catering/Banqueting Contract.

12. Hyatt Gold Passport bonus points for a single meeting or catering/banqueting event may be issued to a maximum of three planners.

A credit card guarantee is required at time of booking. Hyatt Gold Passport Free Night Awards apply to standard available rooms only as defined by each hotel and are not subject to blackout dates. Hyatt Gold Passport Free Night Awards cannot be redeemed for packages.

14. To redeem Future Meeting Credit awards, meeting planners must call 1-866-614-4484 or their nearest Hyatt Worldwide Reservation Center. Minimum point amount of 15,000 Hyatt Gold Passport points for a USD$200 meeting credit is required. Future Meeting Credit(s) will be credited to the master bill for the meeting on the day of departure. Any remaining amounts owed to the hotel for the meeting after the credit is applied to the master bill are the responsibility of the party who contracted the meeting. Hyatt Gold Passport points earned for a current meeting may not be redeemed for Future Meeting Credits for the current meeting. Any unused portion of a Future Meeting Credit is non-refundable. No cash or credit will be given for any unused portion of Future Meeting Credits. Future Meeting Credits may not be used as a deposit for a meeting. Future Meeting Credits may only be used as a credit toward a final bill, or for fully pre-paid meetings for the final payment.

15. Hyatt Gold Passport Platinum membership will be given to meeting planners who, in the course of one calendar year (January-December), record a minimum of three eligible meetings for which the meeting planner participates in the Hyatt Gold Passport Planner Rewards program. Meeting planner must re-qualify each year for Platinum membership. Qualification is based on a calendar year, January through December. Platinum 15% point bonuses issued for personal travel will not be applied to bonus points earned in conjunction with the Hyatt Gold Passport Planner Rewards program.

16. Hyatt Gold Passport Diamond membership will be given to meeting planners who, in the course of one calendar year (January-December), record a minimum of 10 eligible meetings for which the meeting planner participates in the Hyatt Gold Passport Planner Rewards program. Meeting planner must re-qualify each year for Diamond membership. Qualification is based on a calendar year, January through December. Diamond 30% point bonuses issued for personal travel will not be applied to bonus points earned in conjunction with the Hyatt Gold Passport Planner Rewards program.

17. Company Accounts will only have the ability to earn Hyatt Gold Passport bonus points in accordance to the Hyatt Gold Passport Planner Rewards program. Company Accounts will not receive meeting credit toward tier status, regardless of the number of meetings held during a calendar year. Company Accounts must designate a minimum of one and a maximum of three account administrators. Administrators will be responsible for managing account and redeeming points for Free Night Awards. Company Accounts are not allowed to participate in the Hyatt Gold Passports Points to Miles program or Awards.

18. Any element of this program may be void where prohibited. Subject to local laws, rules, regulations and tax restrictions.

19. Meetings and events booked and held at M life resorts are not eligible for Hyatt Gold Passport Planner Rewards participation.

EARNING WITH TRAVEL PARTNER PROGRAMS

1. Effective January 1, 2013, a guest must be a Hyatt Gold Passport member in order to receive miles or points in a Travel Partner program or M life Tier Credits for an Eligible Stay at Hyatt. If the guest is not a Hyatt Gold Passport member, the guest may enroll via www.goldpassport.com, at any Hyatt hotel worldwide or by contacting a Worldwide Reservation Center. Hyatt Gold Passport members can earn miles or points with a Travel Partner program, in which they are also members, for each stay at Park Hyatt, Andaz, Grand Hyatt, Hyatt Regency, Hyatt, Hyatt Place, Hyatt House, Hyatt Zilara, Hyatt Ziva, Hyatt Residence Club, or any other hotel brand owned, managed, operated, franchised or leased by Hyatt Corporation or its subsidiaries or affiliates , when paying an Eligible Rate. Hyatt Gold Passport members can earn M life Tier Credits, in which they are also members, for each stay at participating Park Hyatt, Andaz, Grand Hyatt, Hyatt Regency, Hyatt, Hyatt Place, Hyatt House, or any other hotel brand owned, managed, operated, franchised or leased by Hyatt Corporation or its subsidiaries or affiliates , when paying an Eligible Rate. Hyatt Gold Passport members staying at Grand Hyatt Macau or at a Hyatt Residence Club property may not earn M life Tier Credits for a stay. 2. Use of the term "miles" is a generic term that refers to all Travel Partner currency, including miles, kilometers, airline points and Amtrak Guest Reward points. Conversion rates for earnings vary by currency and are specified below. All Travel Partners award 500 base miles when choosing miles for a stay, except the following: Aeromexico Club Premier and LAN LanPass award 1,000 kilometers, China Eastern Eastern Miles awards 800 points, Mexicana Frecuenta awards 625 miles, Qantas Airways Frequent Flyer awards 600 points for stays outside Australia and New Zealand and 1,000 points for stays within Australia and New Zealand, Virgin Atlantic Flying Club awards 750 miles and Southwest Airlines Rapid Rewards awards 600 points.

3. Miles will be awarded on only one Travel Partner program per stay when a member pays an Eligible Rate, regardless of the number of rooms member personally pays for during the stay or the length of the stay. The name on the reservation must match the name on the program membership card exactly. The miles awarded to a member's Travel Partner account for an eligible stay is defined as "base" miles.

4. American Airlines reserves the right to change the AAdvantage program at any time without notice. American Airlines is not responsible for products or services offered by other participating companies. For complete details about the AAdvantage program, visit www.aa.com. Miles accrued and awards issued on United Airlines are subject to the terms and conditions of the United Mileage Plus program. United, its subsidiaries, affiliates and agents are not responsible for any products and services of other participating companies. Other terms and conditions apply. Taxes and fees related to award travel are the responsibility of the passenger. United and Mileage Plus are registered trademarks of United Airlines, Inc. All Southwest Airlines Rapid Rewards rules and regulations apply.

Converting Points to Miles

1. Hyatt Gold Passport members may convert Hyatt Gold Passport points to miles with participating Travel Partners at a conversion ratio of 1,250 Hyatt Gold Passport points to 500 miles (2.5 to 1). A minimum of 5,000 Hyatt Gold Passport points is required for each conversion request. Additional point conversions may be made in 1,250-point increments. Allow 6 to 8 weeks for processing. Bonus miles will be issued only to the Hyatt Gold Passport member’s Travel Partner account. The conversion ratio is subject to change without notice.

2. A 5,000-mile bonus will be awarded for any one conversion of 50,000 Hyatt Gold Passport points or more.

3. Once Hyatt Gold Passport points have been converted into bonus miles, they will no longer be available for use in the Hyatt Gold Passport program. All Hyatt Gold Passport points converted to miles are final.

4. Converted miles are "bonus" and therefore do not count toward upgraded tier status in participating Travel Partner programs. Redemption or other usage of converted miles is subject to the terms and conditions of the participating Travel Partner programs.

5. Hyatt Gold Passport points to miles conversions are available on participating Travel Partners. Hyatt Gold Passport points are not eligible for conversion into M life Tier Credits.

6. Hyatt Gold Passport Planner Rewards Company Accounts are not allowed to participate in the Hyatt Gold Passport Points to Miles program.

REDEEMING POINTS FOR HYATT GOLD PASSPORT AWARDS

1. Visit goldpassport.com or call the Hyatt Gold Passport award reservations number listed below for award chart, hotel category and award redemption information.

Hyatt Gold Passport award reservations (U.S. and Canada):

Members residing outside the U.S. and Canada should phone their nearest Hyatt Worldwide Reservation Center.

2. In order to redeem Hyatt Gold Passport points for Free Night Awards or Future Meeting Credit awards at Hyatt, members must make award reservations in advance directly with Hyatt Gold Passport. A credit card guarantee is required at time of booking.

3. Hyatt Gold Passport Free Night Awards apply when standard rooms are available at the Hyatt Daily Rate. Standard rooms are defined by each hotel and are not subject to blackout dates. Hyatt Gold Passport Free Night Awards cannot be redeemed for packages.

4. Hyatt Gold Passport award reservations are subject to the reservation requirements of the individual hotel, such as length of stay. Hyatt Gold Passport award reservations are subject to the cancellation policy of the individual property at which member is redeeming an award. If member does not follow proper hotel cancellation policy or if member does not check into the hotel, the credit card provided with the reservation will be charged in accordance with the hotel’s cancellation or no-show policy. These policies vary by hotel and each hotel’s cancellation policy can be found on the hotel’s website on hyatt.com, by calling the hotel directly, or by contacting the local Worldwide Reservation Center.

5. Hyatt Gold Passport Free Night Awards are valid for standard guest rooms unless specifically stated as part of a particular award. All Hyatt Gold Passport awards are subject to maximum room capacity. Maximum room capacity may vary by hotel. Hyatt Gold Passport awards may be applied only to the guest room and do not apply toward food, beverage, incidental expenses or service charges.

6. Hyatt Gold Passport Free Night Awards at Hyatt Zilara and Hyatt Ziva resorts are based on double occupancy. Additional charges or point redemption may be required for each additional person. Hyatt Gold Passport awards may be applied only to a standard guestroom and certain resort included services as specified at time of booking (including but not limited to food and beverage) and do not apply to other incidentals expenses, service charges or additional occupants.

7. Hyatt Gold Passport Free Night Awards indicating accommodations in a suite for Hyatt hotels and resorts are only valid for standard suites defined as each participating properties introductory suite category, and two bedroom accommodations at Hyatt House. Suite awards are not valid at Hyatt Regency Kyoto, Hyatt Regency Paris-Madeleine, Park Hyatt Sydney, Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort, Hyatt Santa Barbara, Hyatt Key West Resort and Spa, Hyatt Regency Wichita, Hyatt Regency Tulsa, Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos, Hyatt Residence Club resorts, Hyatt Place hotels and M life resorts. Hyatt Gold Passport free night suite awards at Hyatt hotels and resorts require a three night minimum length of stay.

8. Hyatt Gold Passport upgrade awards may not be redeemed at all Hyatt hotel or resort locations. In order to redeem a Regency Club or Grand Club upgrade award or a Suite upgrade award at a Hyatt Resort property, member must pay a minimum of the Hyatt Daily Rate deluxe room (such as partial ocean view, ocean view, slope view, etc.). In order to redeem a Regency/Grand Club upgrade award or a Suite upgrade award at a non-resort property, member must pay a minimum of the Hyatt Daily Rate. There are a limited number of guest rooms available for Regency Club, Grand Club and Suite Upgrade awards. Suite upgrade awards are only valid for standard suites, defined as each participating property’s introductory suite category. Unless otherwise indicated, the point requirement for upgrade award is on a per night basis. Upgrade awards count toward the night for which the award was redeemed, regardless of the length of stay. Hyatt Gold Passport Regency Club or Grand Club upgrade awards are not valid at Hyatt Zilara or Hyatt Ziva resorts. Upgrade awards are not valid at M life resorts.

9. Points + Cash awards are subject to availability and reservations using these awards must be made in advance by calling a Hyatt Worldwide Reservation Center. Member must pay the Points + Cash rate and redeem required point value to redeem award. Room rate is based on double occupancy and standard guestroom accommodations, unless otherwise noted. Limited number of rooms may be allocated for these awards, and availability may vary by hotel. Points + Cash awards are not valid at Hyatt Zilara, Hyatt Ziva or M life resorts. Promotional blackout periods may apply due to seasonal periods or special events.

10. When member makes a Hyatt Gold Passport award reservation, the corresponding number of Hyatt Gold Passport points for that reservation will be automatically deducted from member's account within 3 days of booking. If member does not have a sufficient number of Hyatt Gold Passport points in their account, the reservation may be canceled or changed to the Hyatt Daily Rate. If member cancels a Hyatt Gold Passport award reservation in compliance with the hotel’s cancellation policy, any corresponding Hyatt Gold Passport points that have been deducted from member's account will be returned to the account within 3 days of the cancellation. If a member has an award stay reservation, checks in, and departs earlier than the confirmed checkout date, the member forfeits any unused portion of the award and corresponding points.

11. A Hyatt Gold Passport award of two (2) or more nights is good for one continuous stay comprised of consecutive nights. No credit will be issued for any portion of the Hyatt Gold Passport award that is not fully used.

12. Hyatt Gold Passport awards are not combinable on the same dates with other awards, upgrade certificates, partner awards, certificate discounts or benefits, incentive travel awards, vouchers, checks or any other special offers. However, member may choose to use multiple awards for back-to-back hotel stays.

13. Hyatt Gold Passport awards are not negotiable, commissionable or redeemable for cash and are void if sold for cash or other consideration.

14. When member checks in for a Hyatt Gold Passport award stay, member will be required to present photo identification and provide a credit card or cash deposit for incidentals.

Redeeming Points for Hyatt Gold Passport Dining and Spa Awards

1. Hyatt Gold Passport members may redeem Hyatt Gold Passport points for eligible charges at participating Hyatt hotels or participating restaurants and spas at Hyatt branded hotels. Hotel, restaurant and spa participation is limited. Please ask hotel associates for participation eligibility.

2. Award redemption is for Eligible Redemption Charges at participating outlets when settled in such outlet or settled to their guest room. Visit goldpassport.com to view dining and spa award chart. “Eligible Redemption Charges” vary on a hotel-by-hotel basis, but generally include food and beverage, spa and salon services and spa and salon retail items. In addition the following charges are Eligible Redemption Charges when settled to the member’s guest room, laundry, dry cleaning, telephone charges, pay-per-view movies, parking, gift/retail shop, service charges, taxes (not including room taxes) and gratuities. Awards may not be redeemed on room rates, room taxes, alcoholic beverage in certain jurisdictions, catering or banquet charges, casino charges.

2. A Hyatt Gold Passport Point Combination Request Form must be completed and signed by both Hyatt Gold Passport members and submitted to Hyatt Gold Passport Customer Service. Forms are available by calling 1-800-51 HYATT (1-800-51-49288) or by visiting goldpassport.com.

3. Hyatt Gold Passport points may be combined into only one member's account for redemption. Once issued in the designated member's name, the member transferring the Hyatt Gold Passport points will relinquish all rights to the combined Hyatt Gold Passport points. Only the number of Hyatt Gold Passport points necessary to redeem the specific award for which the transfer is being requested may be combined.

HYATT RESIDENCE CLUB AWARDS

Hyatt Residence Club is a vacation ownership organization having owners of fractional interests in Hyatt Residence Club resorts as members. Award inventory availability is limited and varies by resort location, season, and unit, and is typically offered on a relatively short-term basis (usually 60 - 90 days prior to arrival). Services offered at Hyatt Residence Club Resorts are typically more limited than those found at Hyatt hotels and resorts (e.g., food and beverage/restaurant facilities, valet parking, laundry valet services, business center and wake-up call services, etc. may not be offered at all locations).

1. For Hyatt Gold Passport award stays, complete housekeeping service is only provided on a "mid-week" basis for stays of 4 or more nights. Daily housekeeping includes trash removal only. If daily complete housekeeping service for Hyatt Gold Passport award nights is desired, it may be requested for an additional fee. Requests must be made at least 72 hours in advance; fees vary by property.

2. Hyatt Gold Passport members do not receive program services and benefits at neighboring Hyatt hotels and resorts during award stays at a Hyatt Residence Club resort.

Purchasing and Gifting Points

Hyatt, through third-party vendor Points.com, allows members to purchase Hyatt Gold Passport bonus points for themselves or to give directly to others. Membership within the Hyatt Gold Passport program is required to purchase or give bonus points. Bonus points purchased or claimed through Points.com do not count toward qualification for elite membership tier status, such as Platinum or Diamond tier status. Bonus points may only be purchased in increments of 1,000 bonus points up to a maximum of 40,000 bonus points per transaction. Members may purchase a maximum of 40,000 bonus points for their own account per calendar year. Members may claim gifted bonus points up to a maximum of 40,000 bonus points per calendar year. Purchase of bonus points is non-refundable and these transactions cannot be reversed.

The purchase price of Hyatt Gold Passport bonus points is subject to change without notice. No monetary refunds will be given. Additional terms and conditions may apply to these transactions.

Combining Points

Member may combine the necessary number of Hyatt Gold Passport points from their Hyatt Gold Passport account with those in one other specifically designated Hyatt Gold Passport account in order to have a sufficient number of points to redeem a particular award. A single member may only participate in a point combining transaction (transferring or receiving of points) once every 30 days. In order to combine Hyatt Gold Passport points, the following requirements must be met:

1. Member must have an active account to be eligible to combine points.

2. A Hyatt Gold Passport Point Combination Request Form must be completed and signed by both Hyatt Gold Passport members and submitted to Hyatt Gold Passport Customer Service. Forms are available by calling 1-800-51 HYATT (1-800-51-49288) or by visiting goldpassport.com.

3. Hyatt Gold Passport points may be combined into only one member's account for redemption. Once issued in the designated member's name, the member transferring the Hyatt Gold Passport points will relinquish all rights to the combined Hyatt Gold Passport points. Only the number of Hyatt Gold Passport points necessary to redeem the specific award for which the transfer is being requested may be combined.

Transferring Awards

Hyatt Gold Passport members may request that a Hyatt Gold Passport award be issued to another individual. In order to transfer a Hyatt Gold Passport award, member must comply with the following requirements:

1. The reservation must be made by the Hyatt Gold Passport member redeeming the Hyatt Gold Passport award in the name of the recipient of the transfer.

2. The recipient of the Hyatt Gold Passport award must provide photo identification and a credit card or cash deposit for incidentals at check-in.

3. Once a Hyatt Gold Passport award reservation has been made, the booking may not be transferred. The reservation may only be used by the person whose name appears on the reservation.

4. Transfer of a Hyatt Gold Passport award does not include the transfer of tier benefits.

5. Hyatt Gold Passport points may not be earned on a transferred award.

Car Partners and Awards

1. Hyatt Gold Passport members will earn 300 Hyatt Gold Passport bonus points for each qualifying rental at participating Avis counters when presenting their Hyatt Gold Passport card and requesting Hyatt Gold Passport bonus points. Car renters must meet Avis's car rental age, driver and credit requirements.

2. Avis Rent-A-Car Free Day Awards are valid when renting an intermediate 4-door car. Additional terms and conditions, including blackout periods, will be indicated on the Award Certificate. Such terms and conditions are determined solely by Avis and the interpretation of the terms and conditions is determined by Avis (as applicable) and not by Hyatt. Car rental Free Day Awards are subject to limited capacity, blackout periods and other restrictions as determined by the specific Partner. Full terms and conditions will be stated on the Award Certificates. Partner Award Certificates are valid for redemption for one year from date of issuance, unless otherwise specified.

3. Car rental awards will only be honored at participating Avis locations in the U.S. and Canada. Contact Avis directly for complete details.

4. Hyatt is not responsible for transportation or other services its Travel Partners provide or fail to provide.

Hyatt Gold Passport Hotel Services

1. To ensure member receives Hyatt Gold Passport services, member must provide their Hyatt Gold Passport membership number when making a Hyatt reservation and present member's Hyatt Gold Passport card at check-in. Exclusive Hyatt Gold Passport hotel services and benefits are only applicable at Hyatt, Park Hyatt, Andaz, Grand Hyatt, Hyatt Regency, Hyatt Zilara and Hyatt Ziva properties. Limited hotel services are available at Hyatt Place, Hyatt House and Hyatt Residence Club Resorts.

2. Hyatt will make best-faith efforts to deliver specified services to members. However, not all services can be provided at all Hyatt properties. Hyatt shall not be liable for refunds or for consequential damages resulting from failure to deliver such services.

3. The Hyatt Gold Passport card is not a credit card and all standard hotel credit procedures, including the presentation of an authorized credit card, apply.

Platinum and Diamond Membership

The Hyatt Gold Passport program offers two elite membership tiers - Platinum and Diamond.

1. To receive credit toward Hyatt Gold Passport tier status, a member must pay an Eligible Rate for at least one night of their stay. A stay is defined as the total number of consecutive nights spent at one property. Back-to-back stays within a 24-hour period at a single Hyatt are considered one stay. A member will not receive Hyatt Gold Passport credit toward tier status or toward any promotion for the nights the member pays an Ineligible Rate. A Hyatt Gold Passport member will only receive eligible tier credit for qualifying stays or nights after the member completes their stay and is checked out of the hotel.

2. Platinum and Diamond Bed Type Guarantee

Hyatt Gold Passport Platinum and Diamond members will be guaranteed the bed type (i.e., king, queen, double, etc.) for the room type confirmed at the time of reservation. The bed type guarantee is available at Hyatt hotels worldwide. Not valid at Hyatt Residence Club Resorts. If the hotel is unable to honor the confirmed bed type at check-in, members will receive 5,000 Hyatt Gold Passport bonus points per stay at Park Hyatt, Andaz, Grand Hyatt, and Hyatt Regency, Hyatt, Hyatt Zilara, Hyatt Ziva properties managed or franchised by Hyatt, and 2,500 bonus points per stay at Hyatt Place, Hyatt House properties managed or franchised by Hyatt. The bed type guarantee does not apply to room upgrades. In order to qualify for the guarantee, the member's Hyatt Gold Passport membership number and confirmed bed type must be included on the reservation. Reservations made through meeting planners, travel agents and wholesalers must include this information in order to be included in the guarantee. The guarantee is not valid on reservations booked through third-party websites such as, but not limited to, Expedia, Priceline and Hotels.com. Platinum and Diamond members who make a reservation on the same day he/she plans to arrive at the hotel or who walks into a hotel without a reservation is not eligible to receive the guarantee. Guarantee only applies to the member's room regardless of the number of rooms for which the member pays. If a member believes that compensation is due with respect to the bed type guarantee, he/she must request payment of the compensation while still a guest at the hotel, prior to checking out. Failure to request such payment prior to checkout will result in a complete waiver of any right to receive such compensation. Limited bed types may be available during certain high-demand periods or special events. Bed type guarantees do not apply to Hyatt Grand Bed availability. Hyatt Grand Bed availability may vary by property.

3. Daily complimentary Standard in-room internet access will be provided during all stays. Internet access may be wired or wireless and varies by property. If the hotel offers wired and wireless internet services, it is at the hotel's discretion which internet service to provide. Upgrades to premium service may be available for an additional fee.

4. A complimentary newspaper, determined by the hotel, will be delivered to Platinum and Diamond member's room daily. Not valid at Hyatt Residence Club Resorts

Platinum Membership

1. Hyatt Gold Passport Platinum membership will be given to Hyatt Gold Passport members who, in the course of one calendar year (January-December), record a minimum of five (5) Hyatt stays or fifteen (15) Hyatt nights for which member pays an Eligible Rate and provides a valid Hyatt Gold Passport number at time of reservation or check-in. Members will not receive credit toward tier status or promotions for nights when Ineligible Rates are paid. Stays for which Travel Partner miles are chosen instead of Hyatt Gold Passport points will count toward Platinum membership qualification when member pays an Eligible Rate and provides a valid Hyatt Gold Passport number at time of reservation or check-in. Member must requalify each year for Platinum membership. Qualification is based on a calendar year, January through December. Stays and nights completed at Hyatt Residence Club Resorts will be credited toward earning Platinum membership. When member is paying for more than one room, only the room in which the member stays will count toward Platinum membership.

2. When choosing points for a stay, Platinum members will receive a 15% point bonus on the Hyatt Gold Passport base points earned on an Eligible Rate and Eligible Incidental Charges spent during each Hyatt stay. When earning Hyatt Gold Passport points as a non-registered guest, Platinum members will receive a 15% point bonus on Eligible Non-Stay Charges incurred at participating outlets.

3. Platinum members will be offered a preferred room at time of check-in. Preferred rooms are defined by each property and include rooms on higher floors, corner rooms, or rooms with preferred views. Not valid at Hyatt Place, Hyatt House or Hyatt Residence Club.

4. Platinum members receive a 2:00 PM late checkout (local hotel time) on day of departure at most Hyatt properties. 2:00 PM late checkout is subject to availability at hotels with a casino (including Grand Hyatt Macau and Hyatt Hotel and Casino Manila) and Hyatt resorts. A detailed list of Hyatt resorts can be found at hyattresorts.com.

5. Platinum members will be guaranteed a room at Hyatt hotels and resorts for their own personal use when a paid reservation is made at least 72 hours prior to arrival based on local hotel time and guaranteed with a valid credit card. All reservations are subject to hotel guarantee and cancellation policies. This guarantee is only applicable when the hotel is sold out entirely (including suites) and is valid for one standard guest room and is subject to the individual hotel reservation requirements, such as length of stay, special packages and meal plans. Rooms secured under this provision are only available at the Hyatt Daily Rate. Negotiated rates or other group, promotional or discounted rates do not apply. This guarantee is not valid at Hyatt resorts or during extraordinary room demand. Contracted Last Room Available policies do not apply for rooms secured under this provision. Platinum guaranteed availability is specifically limited to Hyatt hotels and resorts and excludes M life resorts.

6. Platinum members staying at Hyatt Residence Club Resorts are only eligible for the following benefit(s) detailed above: 15% point bonus on the Hyatt Gold Passport base points earned when choosing points for a stay.

7. Platinum members staying at participating M life resorts are only eligible to receive the following benefits: 15% point bonus on the Hyatt Gold Passport base points earned when member provides their membership number at the time of check-in.

Diamond Membership

1. Hyatt Gold Passport Diamond membership will be given to Hyatt Gold Passport members who, in the course of one calendar year (January-December), record a minimum of twenty-five (25) Hyatt stays or fifty (50) Hyatt nights for which member pays an Eligible Rate and provides a valid Hyatt Gold Passport number at time of reservation or check-in. Members will not receive credit toward tier status or promotions for nights when Ineligible Rates are paid. Stays for which Travel Partner miles are chosen instead of Hyatt Gold Passport points will count toward Diamond membership qualification when member pays an Eligible Rate and provides a valid Hyatt Gold Passport number at time of reservation or check-in. Member must requalify each year for Diamond membership. Qualification is based on a calendar year, January through December. Stays and nights completed at Hyatt Residence Club Resorts will be credited toward earning Diamond membership. When member is paying for more than one room, only the room in which the member stays will count toward Diamond membership.

2. When choosing points for a stay, Diamond members will receive a 30% point bonus on the Hyatt Gold Passport base points earned on an Eligible Rate and Eligible Incidental Charges spent during each Hyatt stay. When earning Hyatt Gold Passport points as a non-registered guest, Diamond members will receive a 30% point bonus on Eligible Non-Stay Charges incurred at participating outlets.

3. Diamond members will receive the best available room (excluding suites), including Regency Club or Grand Club rooms, at the time of check-in.

4. Diamond members will receive access to the Regency Club or Grand Club lounge in hotels that have the lounge. During periods of high demand, access to the Regency Club or Grand Club lounge may not be available; therefore Diamond members will receive 2,500 bonus points per stay plus daily complimentary full breakfast inclusive of one entrée (or standard breakfast buffet), juice and coffee (tax, gratuity and service charges included) for each registered guest in the room, maximum four (4) people.

5. At Hyatt hotels that do not have a Regency Club or Grand Club lounge, daily complimentary full breakfast inclusive of one entrée (or standard breakfast buffet), juice and coffee (tax, gratuity and service charges included) will be provided to the member and each registered guest in the room, maximum four (4) people. For stays at Hyatt Regency Bethesda, daily continental breakfast (tax and gratuity included) will be provided to the member and each guest registered in the room, maximum four (4) people. Breakfast is not valid for in-room dining. Benefit not valid at Hyatt Place or Hyatt House.

6. Diamond members receive a 4:00 PM late checkout (local hotel time) on day of departure at most Hyatt properties. 4:00 PM late checkout is subject to availability at hotels with a casino (including Grand Hyatt Macau and Hyatt Hotel and Casino Manila) and Hyatt resorts. Diamond members will be guaranteed a room at Hyatt hotels for their own personal use when a Hyatt paid reservation is made at least 48 hours prior to arrival based on local hotel time and guaranteed with a valid credit card. All reservations are subject to hotel guarantee and cancellation policies. This guarantee is only applicable when the hotel is sold out entirely (including suites) and is valid for one standard guest room and is subject to the individual hotel reservation requirements, such as length of stay, special packages and meal plans. Rooms secured under this provision are only available at the Hyatt Daily Rate. Negotiated rates or other group, promotional or discounted rates do not apply. This guarantee is not valid at Hyatt Resorts or during extraordinary room demand. Contracted Last Room Available policies do not apply for rooms secured under this provision. Diamond guaranteed availability is specifically limited to Hyatt hotels and resorts and excludes M life resorts.

8. Diamond members will receive a complimentary welcome amenity consisting of the following: at Park Hyatt, Grand Hyatt, Hyatt Regency, Hyatt, Hyatt Zilara and Hyatt Ziva properties in the U.S., Canada and Caribbean; a choice of 1,000 bonus points or food and beverage amenity options (amenity options are at the hotel's discretion); at Park Hyatt, Grand Hyatt and Hyatt Regency properties outside the U.S., Canada and Caribbean; a choice of 1,000 bonus points or a food and beverage amenity (amenity provided is at the discretion of the hotel); at Andaz hotels worldwide; a choice of a locally inspired amenity or 1,000 Hyatt Gold Passport bonus points; at Hyatt Place a choice of 500 Hyatt Gold Passport bonus points or a complimentary beverage (void for alcoholic beverages where prohibited) and Hyatt House a choice of 500 Hyatt Gold Passport bonus points or a $5.00 USD Guest Market credit; and at Hyatt Residence Club Resorts 500 bonus points will automatically be awarded.

9. Diamond members will receive nightly room refresh for the duration of their stay. Nightly room refresh may vary by location and may include light housekeeping service and bedroom turndown. Not valid at Hyatt Place or Hyatt House.

10. Diamond members will be issued four (4) suite upgrade awards, in their account, annually, defined as March 1st of the current year through the last day of February of the following year, Awards can be tracked through "My Awards" on goldpassport.com. Suite awards must be redeemed by the last day of February of current year, and may be applied to future reservations. In the event a Suite award is redeemed for stay dates beyond expiration date and reservation is cancelled after last day of February, the Suite award will be forfeited. Suite upgrade may not be booked at Hyatt hotels or resorts before they have opened. A complimentary suite upgrade is valid on paid nights when paying an Eligible Rate, for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights, at participating Hyatt hotels where suite accommodations are available. Suite upgrade awards must be redeemed at time of reservation. Member must call 800.400.2261 or their nearest worldwide reservation center to redeem upgrade award. Upgrade awards are not valid at Hyatt Regency Kyoto, Hyatt Regency Paris-Madeleine, Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort, Park Hyatt Maldives, Park Hyatt Sydney, Hyatt Santa Barbara, Hyatt Key West Resort and Spa, Hyatt Regency Wichita, Hyatt Regency Tulsa, Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos, Hyatt Place, Hyatt House or Hyatt Residence Club resorts or M life resorts. Guest must pay an eligible rate. For purposes of this award, a suite provides for one-bedroom accommodations. Suite upgrade awards are only valid for standard suites, defined as each participating properties introductory suite category. Suite upgrade award is not valid toward Specialty, Premier, Presidential or Diplomatic Suites. Award is not transferable, negotiable or redeemable for cash or other substitutions. Credit will not be issued for unused upgrade awards. Guest is responsible for all charges exclusive of awards. There are limited numbers of suites available at each property.

11. Diamond members staying at Hyatt Residence Club Resorts are only eligible for the following benefit(s) detailed above: 30% point bonus on the Hyatt Gold Passport base points earned, complimentary welcome amenity of 500 bonus points on every stay.

12. Diamond members staying at participating M life resorts are only eligible to receive the following benefits: 30% point bonus on the Hyatt Gold Passport base points earned when member provides their membership number at the time of check-in.

Maintaining Account Information

1. When member enrolls in the Hyatt Gold Passport program, member will be assigned a membership number and asked to provide a password that will allow member to access account information and redeem Hyatt Gold Passport awards on goldpassport.com. If member enrolls at a hotel, by phone or by mail, member will receive notification providing a temporary password within 4 weeks of enrollment date. Upon accessing goldpassport.com with a temporary password, member will be required to change the pre-assigned password.

2. Member can change a preassigned password by updating their personal membership profile online or by contacting Hyatt Gold Passport Customer Service. If member chooses to change a password, the password should not be able to be guessed by others, and it should be easy for member to remember. Special characters such as @#$%^&*;:/ are not permitted. Hyatt is entitled to act on instructions received under member's membership number and personal information. For security purposes, it is recommended that member memorize password number and not write it down. Member is responsible for keeping password, membership number and other account information confidential. Hyatt is not responsible for any credits or debits made to member's account by anyone else using member's password.

3. A Hyatt Gold Passport member must provide their Hyatt Gold Passport membership number and verify personal information prior to receiving any account information. Individual account information will not be given to anyone other than the member whose name appears on the account unless required in connection with a law enforcement investigation or by legal process.

4. Any errors or omissions on transactions posted to member's Hyatt Gold Passport account must be reported in writing to Hyatt Gold Passport Customer Service within 90 days of the applicable account summary in order for Hyatt Gold Passport to reconcile the account and make any required adjustments to member's account. Member must enclose a photocopy of the applicable complete hotel bill and payment receipt when reporting any error or omission in member's account.

5. If Hyatt Gold Passport improperly denies member a point accrual or benefit, Hyatt's liability will be limited to the equivalent of that point accrual or benefit.

6. Hyatt Gold Passport has the right to correct any Hyatt Gold Passport points posted in error.

7. Member is responsible for notifying Hyatt Gold Passport of any address or name change. Name changes must be supported by legal documentation, for example, marriage certificate, driver's license or legal court document.

You will earn two (2) Hyatt Gold Passport points for each $1 USD of Net Purchases made in any of the following categories: restaurants (excluding dining purchases at participating Hyatt properties and locations that qualify for the three (3) Hyatt Gold Passport points described above); airline tickets – when purchased directly with the airline; car rental agencies. Merchants who accept Visa credit cards are assigned a merchant code based on the kinds of products and services they sell. Chase groups similar merchant codes into categories for purposes of making rewards offers to you. Chase makes every effort to include all relevant merchant codes in its listed categories. However, even though a merchant or the items that it sells may appear to fit within a listed category, the merchant may not have a merchant code that falls within that category. 3. Hyatt Gold Passport Program Information for the Hyatt Credit Card

Points accrued are subject to the terms and conditions of the Hyatt Gold Passport Program. Terms and conditions of the Hyatt Gold Passport Program may be modified and offers, services and benefits may be added or deleted at any time without notice to Cardmembers. The primary cardmember will receive Platinum status as long as the Hyatt Credit Card is open and not in default and you comply with Hyatt Gold Passport program rules. Authorized users other than the primary Hyatt Credit Card holder will not be eligible for Platinum status or associated Platinum benefits. Individuals whose request for a credit card is not approved will not be enrolled in the Hyatt Gold Passport program through this offer, although existing Hyatt Gold Passport memberships will not be affected. Additional authorized users will not be enrolled in the Hyatt Gold Passport program as a result of this offer. Hyatt Gold Passport points awarded through the use of the authorized user's card will only be credited to the Primary Cardmember's Hyatt Gold Passport account. 4. Stay and Night Credit Towards Diamond Status

Upon spending $20,000 USD in Net Purchases in a calendar year, you will receive two (2) stay credits and five (5) night credits toward Diamond status in your Hyatt Gold Passport account. Upon spending $40,000 USD in Net Purchases in a calendar year, you will receive an additional three (3) stay credits and five (5) night credits toward Diamond status in your Hyatt Gold Passport account (for a maximum of five (5) stay credits and 10 night credits toward Diamond status per calendar year). 5. Receive One Anniversary Award Night each year

To qualify for the Hyatt Credit Card Anniversary Award Night, your account must be open and not in default at the time the Award Night is issued. Please allow four (4) to six (6) weeks from your account Anniversary date each year for your Hyatt Credit Card Anniversary Award Night to be issued to you. (“Anniversary” is the date that is twelve months after your account open date, and the same date each 12 months thereafter.) 6. Miscellaneous

Previously issued Suite Upgrade awards are valid for use within one (1) year from issuance on paid nights for one (1) stay of a maximum of seven (7) consecutive nights, at participating Hyatt Hotels and Resorts where suite accommodations are available. Suite awards are not valid at Hyatt Regency Kyoto, Hyatt Regency Paris-Madeleine, Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort, Park Hyatt Maldives, Park Hyatt Sydney, Hyatt Santa Barbara, Hyatt Key West Resort and Spa, Hyatt Regency Wichita, Hyatt Regency Tulsa, Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos, Hyatt Place, Hyatt House or Hyatt Residence Club resorts or M life resorts. For purposes of this award, a suite provides for one-bedroom accommodations. Suite upgrade award is not valid toward Specialty, Premier, Presidential or Diplomatic Suites. Award is not transferable, negotiable or redeemable for cash or other substitutions. Credit will not be issued for unused upgrade awards. Guest is responsible for all charges exclusive of awards. There are limited numbers of suites available at each property.

M LIFE RESORTS RELATIONSHIP

Introduction

1. Hyatt Gold Passport members may earn Hyatt Gold Passport points for qualifying stays and incidental spend when staying at a participating M life resort. To receive Hyatt Gold Passport points during a stay, guest must be registered and staying at a participating M life resort and be a member of both M life and Hyatt Gold Passport programs. Membership in Hyatt Gold Passport and M life are each complimentary. To join Hyatt Gold Passport, visit www.goldpassport.com. To join M life, visit www.mlife.com.

2. This relationship only applies to qualifying stays with a check-in date of June 20, 2013 or later. Stays with a check-in date prior to June 20, 2013 are not eligible.

Participating M life Resorts

1. Hyatt Gold Passport members may earn Hyatt Gold Passport points and Hyatt Gold Passport tier status at the following participating M life resorts:

Earning Eligibility at Participating M life Resorts

1. An M life-Eligible Stay is (i) any stay where payment is made directly to a participating MGM Resorts International property, (ii) any stay booked through hyatt.com, or (iii) through a Hyatt Global Contact Center. An M life Eligible Night is any night of an M life Eligible Stay consistent with i, ii, or iii above. Reservations made through third-party sites and services (such as Expedia, Priceline or hotels.com), M life resort complimentary room nights, master account group bookings , stays of 15 or more nights, or Hyatt Gold Passport Free Night Award stays are neither M life-Eligible Stays or M life-Eligible Nights.

2. Earning on multiple rooms at participating M life resorts is subject to the M life program Terms and Conditions. Hyatt Gold Passport members will only receive points for qualifying charges after the member has checked out of the resort.

3. Members may earn Hyatt Gold passport points on M life-Eligible Room Spend and M life-Eligible Incidental Spend at participating M life resorts. M life-Eligible Room Spend is room rate spend on M life-Eligible Nights. Hyatt Gold Passport members may receive Hyatt Gold Passport points on M life-Eligible Incidental Spend charged to their room, regardless of whether the stay is an M life-Eligible Stay. Members may only earn Hyatt Gold Passport points on up to $5,000 on M life-Eligible Incidental Spend in addition to M life-Eligible Room Spend.

4. Casino charges are not eligible for earning Hyatt Gold Passport points.

5. Members must provide both their Hyatt Gold Passport and M life membership numbers at the time of check-in. If a member chooses to receive Hyatt Gold Passport points, such member will earn five (5) Hyatt Gold Passport points for each whole U.S. dollar or U.S. dollar equivalent of M life-Eligible Spend spent by the member. Guest must be a registered guest at the time charges are incurred, unless otherwise specifically stated as part of a promotion or special offer.

6. In order for Hyatt Gold Passport members to receive Hyatt Gold Passport points, the bill for charges must be in that member’s name and member must personally pay for all charges. A member’s Hyatt Gold Passport membership number cannot be used by anyone else in order to accrue Hyatt Gold Passport points, benefits, promotional credits or upgraded Hyatt Gold Passport membership status.

Earning Credits at Participating M life Resorts Toward Hyatt Gold Passport Tier Status

1. To receive stay and night credits in the Hyatt Gold Passport program toward Platinum and Diamond tier status for a stay at a participating M life resort, a member must have at least one M life-Eligible Night during their stay. A stay is defined as the total number of consecutive nights spent at one property. Back-to-back stays within a 24-hour period at the same M life resort are considered one stay.

2. Hyatt Gold Passport members will only receive tier credit in the Hyatt Gold Passport program for M life-Eligible Stays or M life-Eligible Nights after the member has checked out of the resort.

3. M life Tier Credits earned in the M life program do not qualify toward tier status within the Hyatt Gold Passport program. Hyatt Gold Passport tier credits earned in the Hyatt Gold Passport program do not qualify toward tier status within the M life program.

Hyatt Gold Passport Benefits and Services at Participating M life Resorts

1. In-hotel benefits offered at Hyatt hotels to Hyatt Gold Passport Platinum and Diamond members are not offered at M life resorts. Platinum and Diamond members will receive their respective Hyatt Gold Passport tier point bonus on all M life-Eligible Stays.

Request for Retroactive Stays at Participating M life Resorts.

1. Any M life resort stay with a check-in date before June 20, 2013 and any stay prior to enrollment in Hyatt Gold Passport and M life programs are not eligible to receive Hyatt Gold Passport retroactive credit.

2. If members are not properly credited Hyatt Gold Passport points for an M life resort stay, members may claim a retroactive adjustment within one (1) year of the checkout date by contacting M life Membership Services at memberservices@mgmresorts.com or by calling 866.761.7111 and providing your full name, home address, property visited, dates of stay and M life and Hyatt Gold Passport membership numbers.

3. If members are not properly credited M life Tier Credits for a stay at a Hyatt hotel members may claim an adjustment within one (1) year of the checkout date by completing a past stay credit request on goldpassport.com or contacting a Hyatt Global Contact Center.

Hyatt Gold Passport Free Night Awards at Participating M Life Resorts

1. Members may redeem points for Hyatt Gold Passport Free Night Awards by visiting goldpassport.com or by contacting a Hyatt Global Contact Center. Hyatt Gold Passport Free Night Awards may not be booked through MGM Resorts International, an M life resort or any other non-Hyatt channel.

2. Hyatt Gold Passport Free Night Award reservations require a credit card guarantee at time of booking. Hyatt Gold Passport award reservations are subject to the cancellation policy of the individual property at which member is redeeming an award. If members do not follow a resort’s cancellation policy, or if members do not check into the resort, the credit card provided with the reservation will be charged in accordance with the resort’s cancellation or no-show policy. These policies vary by M life resort and each resort’s cancellation policy can be found on the resort’s website on hyatt.com or by calling the resort directly.

3. Hyatt Gold Passport Free Night Award inventory at participating M life resorts may be limited and blackout dates may apply. Free Night Awards are valid only for standard rooms which are defined by each M life resort. Hyatt Gold Passport Free Night Awards cannot be redeemed for packages.

4. M life resort fees apply to all Hyatt Gold Passport Free Night Awards at participating M life resorts. M life resort fee values and resort fee inclusions may vary by M life resort. M life resort fee inclusions may be found on the resort’s website on Hyatt.com or by calling the resort directly.

5. Hyatt Gold Passport Free Night Award reservations are subject to the reservation requirements of the individual M life resort, such as length of stay. All Hyatt Gold Passport awards are subject to maximum room capacity, which may vary by M life resort and room type. Hyatt Gold Passport awards may be applied only to the guest room rate and do not apply toward food, beverage, incidental expenses or service charges. Hyatt Gold Passport points may not be redeemed for incidental spend.

6. When members make Hyatt Gold Passport award reservations, the corresponding number of Hyatt Gold Passport points for that reservation will be automatically deducted from member's account within 3 days of booking. If member does not have a sufficient number of Hyatt Gold Passport points in their account, the reservation may be canceled or changed to the resort’s daily rate. If a member cancels a Hyatt Gold Passport award reservation in compliance with the resort’s cancellation policy, any corresponding Hyatt Gold Passport points that have been deducted from member's account will be returned to the account within 3 days of the cancellation. If a member has an award stay reservation, checks in, and departs earlier than the confirmed checkout date, the member forfeits any unused portion of the award and corresponding points. No credit will be issued for any portion of the Hyatt Gold Passport award that is not fully used.

7. Hyatt Gold Passport awards are not negotiable, commissionable or redeemable for cash and are void if sold for cash or other consideration.

8. When members check in for a Hyatt Gold Passport award stay, members may be required to present photo identification and provide a credit card or cash deposit for incidentals.

9. Hyatt Credit Card Free Night Awards are valid at participating M life resorts. Standard Hyatt Credit Card Free Night Award Terms and Conditions apply to stays at participating M life resorts. Suite Free Night Awards and Hyatt Credit Card anniversary Free Night Awards are only valid for standard room inventory at the properties in the relevant categories designated by the award, and are not valid for suite accommodations.

Hyatt Gold Passport Planner Rewards is Not Available at Participating M life Resorts

1. Meeting and/or events booked and held at M life resorts are not eligible for Hyatt Gold Passport Planner Rewards participation.

1. Hyatt Gold Passport members may receive a reciprocal M life membership tier by (i) logging into their Hyatt Gold Passport account through hyatt.com/mlife.com and (ii) providing their last name, Hyatt Gold Passport membership number and tier status. A reciprocal M life membership tier may only be provided through goldpassport.com and may not be provided through other Hyatt or M life channels. Once a member receives the reciprocal M life tier membership, all rules, regulations and expirations of the M life program apply. Complete M life terms and conditions are available at mlife.com.
